      Welcome to "Are You a B-Girl?"! We are Michele "Bitzi" Kotarski (left) and Pam "Babz" Small (right). We are two business women who met - where else - networking! We worked together on community projects and our mutual respect for one another quickly grew. Both avid networkers, we realized that there was an element in business networking that was missing for us. It was the  unique way women, in particular, work together to get a task accomplished. Tired of the traditional 'me-focused' agendas, we created a networking experience that focuses on connecting, motivating, inspiring and supporting one another. 

Our members have appreciated the way we focus on creating collaborative efforts for marketing, promoting and growing our businesses. We call this FUSION MARKETING. 

As business women we have come to realize that our personal lives greatly impact our professional lives. We have created a culture that respects this phenomenon and provides support to members facing personal as well as professional challenges. We are committed to supporting community efforts and local non-profit initiatives. Our efforts are not to just connect professional women to one another, but to connect them to other women in their communities, and to women whose lives can benefit from the services and products we all have to offer.

 Yes, B-Girls is the essence of women helping women, women motivating women, women inspiring women, women supporting women and women connecting with other women. In the process, the circle of friendship is complete as relationships evolve when B-Girls touch lives.

These associations are achieved through the process of networking, not from a one time event, but through a commitment to the Club, to one another and to our potential clients.
